  •Balance of TCP payable in six (6) equal monthly installments covered by post-dated checks.
  •A 4% discount on TCP will be given to buyer.
  •CASH A-2 PAYMENT:

  •CASH B PAYMENT:

  •The balance of 50% will be paid lump sum upon completion of building without interest.

  •The balance of the TCP will be paid in twenty four (24) equal monthly installments. No interest / No Down payment
  •Monthly instalments are covered by post-dated checks.
  •BANK / PAG-IBIG FINANCING:

  •Maximum loan for Bank/Pag-ibig is P 1,000,000.
